Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 12–10 pm. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Loosies Pizza at (714) 760-4444; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, iloveloosies.com.

Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 197 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pizza restaurants in Santa Ana.

Santa Ana is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Santa Ana is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Was craving for this pizza so stopped by and got a whole pie of 1/2 white & 1/2 pepperoni/pineapple. Parking is okey, paid meter street parking nearby and walked over. It's hot day so few chairs & tables were put outside. Still same old, clean, smell delish with plenty of pics on the wall. Great service from staff. Couldn't waited therefore ate 1/2 of the pizza w/ my kid there. Just YUM! All the good old memories came back. Can't wait til next time.

Loosies Pizza is a hidden gem that can be found in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. When I say hidden, there is no visible signage identifying the restaurant so you'll want to lookout for the address or the A frame sign on the sidewalk out front. We showed up late on a Saturday night, and I was stoked to try a slice of their Pepperoni Loosie and their Slime Loosie. I was blown away by how thin and crispy their crust was, and both slices were greasy, delicious and left me wanting more. Depending on when you visit, there may be a wait. FYI - seating is limited as they only have a few tables inside and out front but if you like NY style pizza, then you need to check out what the hype is all about!

Loosies Pizza isn't obvious because there's no sign on the building itself but if you look for 300. 103 or a sign out in the central walkway, you'll find it quickly enough. The place is certainly worth a visit for its well baked thin crust pizza. Topping are generous and a good quality. My favorite is the white pizza which is elegant and tasty Although I preferred using a few ample shakes of the garlic salt on the counter to amp up flavor. Four solitary tables sit outside and I must admit that it's not exactly a welcoming cafΓ© vibe with almost no shade but it's better than nothing or than sitting inside the dark, some might call it creepy, interior. But it's that kind of place edgy/hip. The bathroom Continues to reflect the alternative dark vibe and overall, the place is hip

This pizza is so good! I didn't even know Loosies was in this area, I live like 5 minutes away. My wife and I started with a slice of cheese to try and WOW. The sauce was so good. The crust is nicely cooked. And the undercarriage was great. No flop on the cheese slice. When we realized how delicious this pizza was, we decided then and there to order a whole pepperoni. And wow. 10/10. Loosies has to be my new favorite pizza place. So much better than almost every other joint in OC. Can't wait to come back!

Between here and Mike's Firestone Pizza in Fullerton, I've finally found good NY style no flop crispy undercarriage pizza in the southland! Loosies lunch special is killer, great pizza! Crispy, but not well done like Mike's, a different but good pie πŸ‘Œ The ranch was so good to, omg πŸ˜‹
